reating customer profiles is the first part of creating content (and many other elements of your digital marketing, like UX design). If you don’t know who you are trying to create content for then you can’t start the process. The profiles you create will be a vital part of your content marketing plan and form the bedrock of what content you create and where you place that content.

I’ve created this handy infographic (one of the many types of content that should be on your radar) to help you see how the process of creating customer profiles works. While this is a simplified version of what I do for my clients it does serve to show where you may need to start when looking at your content marketing plan.

Once you know who you’re talking to you can start looking at filling in the rest of the content marketing puzzle such as how you can get that content in front of them.
